BREATHWORK
I believe that our breath is the place where our Divinity and Humanity come together in the body, and that the opportunity to work intentionally with the breath allows a union that brings release and realignment.
My training as a breathwork facilitator is one steeped in a long and traditional lineage, and yet, simultaneously, one that weaves a new thread into the practice.
It is a gentle and more subtle art of breathwork that I offer in my sessions. One that focusses on following the rhythms and needs of each person, without the need to push and demand a result. The body will offer you this in perfect time and alignment.
Specialising in working with women, I have found this approach one that speaks to our bodies, minds and souls. Our nervous systems, our unraveling and letting go of things long held in the body. Making space for the Divine to come in.
